Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the boots to request a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the football boots are unworn, in their original condition, and packed inside the original branded shoebox without any tape or labels directly on the box.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your package using a trackable courier service to our designated Hong Kong return center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the gear is in resellable condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
